Almond brownies

Preparation time: 30 min Servings : 6
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
3/4 cup ground almonds
3/4 cup flour
2 cups chocolate
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 338° F. Grease and flour a square 20 x 20
cm baking dish.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan. Add the sugar and stir
until completely blended. Let the mixture cool down for 5
minutes, stir again, then add the eggs, vanilla, flour, salt and
ground almonds.
3. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 – 25 minutes. Do not
overcook – the brownies should remain moist in the center.
4. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool down before
cutting it into squares. Keep refrigerated.
