Applesauce Pancakes

A beautiful thing about this pancake is that anyone can eat without prejudice, as this tasty pancake has the lingering
delicious taste that has you eating so much more.

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup of flour
1 and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of applesauce (unsweetened)
1 cup of whole milk
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of granulated sugar
Maple syrup as needed
Directions
Heat your non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Next, add all your dry ingredients into a bowl, mix them, and then do the same for the wet ingredients until it is
fine.
Add both mixtures together and stir until you form a smooth batter without bubbles.
Reduce the heat to a lower setting and add the mix with a spatula onto the pan
Once the pancake begins to bubble, it’s time to turn it over and do the same process for the other side.
Once both sides are done, scoop the pancake and place it into a serving plate.
Now, repeat the same process for the batter until you run through the mix.
Serve the pancake with maple syrup as toppings.
