Banana & date bars

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups bananas, chopped
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 347° F. Grease a square 23 x 33 cm baking
2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla extract and bananas.
3. Add the Sugar mixture to the flour mixture, mixing well until
even. Then, stir in chopped walnuts and dates.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the
mixture to cool down completely before cutting it into pieces.
Nutritional value for each serving: 1.8 gr protein 6 gr fat 5 gr
fiber 18 gr carbs
