Butter Vanilla Cookies

Time: 1 hour Servings: 30
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar and butter until fluffy and creamy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
3. Fold in the flour, cornstarch and salt and mix well.
4. Drop spoonfuls of batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until golden
brown on the edges.
6. Serve the cookies chilled.
