Caramel peanut butter bars

Ingredients
2 cups instant oats
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 347° F. Grease a square 23 x 33 cm baking
dish
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant oats, sugar, salt and
baking powder. Add butter and mix well until the mixture is
crumbled. Set aside 1 1/2 cup the crumbly mixture. With your
hands, press the rest of the mixture into the greased baking
dish.
3. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter and condensed
milk, then evenly pour it over the crumbly mixture in the
baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved crumbly mixture over the
top.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the
mixture to cool down completely before cutting it into pieces.
5. Decorate with whipped cream before serving.
