Cream cheese cranberry cookies

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar + more for sprinkling
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 egg
1 cup Philadeplphia cream cheese
1. Mix the flour with baking soda and sift.
2. Combine the orange zest with butter and sugar. Stir for 5
minutes. Add the egg, cream cheese and cranberries. At the
end, add the flour mixture, mix thoroughly.
3. Preheat the oven to 410° F.
4. On a lightly floured worktop, roll out the dough into a layer 0.5
cm thick. Cut it into circle shapes, dipping the cutter in flour to
prevent sticking, then sprinkle each circle with sugar. Fold the
circles twice, sprinkle again with sugar, transfer them carefully
onto the baking tray, covered with baking paper, at a distance of
4 cm from one another.
5. Bake for 10-14 minutes in the preheated oven.
6. You can add raisins to the dough.
