Flour Cookies

Butter – 250 g
Powdered sugar – ½ glass
Refined vegetable oil – 1/3 glass
Starch – 4 tablespoons
Flour – 3.5 glasses
Vanilla sugar – 1 pack (10g)
1. Put butter (room temperature), powdered sugar, and vegetable
oil in a bowl.
2. Beat well with a mixer. Add starch and mix with mixer. Add a
glass of flour and mix with a mixer. Add another glass of flour,
this time mixing with a spoon.
3. Put 1 glass of flour on the table, and place dough on top. Mix
the dough with your hands to until it is uniform. Add the last
half of a glass of flour and continue mixing.
4. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a flask and
cut into pieces with a knife. Place pieces of dough on a pan,
covered with parchment.
5. Bake at 150°C for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on oven.
6. Pour powdered sugar on top of slightly cooled cookies.
