Fudgy Chocolate Cookies

1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
½ cup butter
2 eggs
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a hot water bath.
2. Mix the eggs and sugars in a bowl until fluffy and pale.
3. Stir in the chocolate and mix with a spatula.
4. Fold in the flour, baking powder and salt then drop spoonfuls of batter in
a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 350F for 12-14 minutes.
6. Serve the cookies chilled.
