Garlic Dough Balls

Preparation Time: 20 minutes Makes: 24 Balls Approx. Cooking
Time: 15 Minutes
• 3 cups of Strong Flour
• 1tbsp Dried Yeast
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
• 1tbsp Garlic Oil
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 300ml Warm Milk
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas Mark 5 and grease and
line a baking tray.
2. Add all of the ingredients together and either knead using a
bread hook on a processor or knead on a floured surface by
hand. After 8-10 minutes and when the dough is soft and
elastic, leave in an oiled bowl, covered, and allow to prove in a
warm place for 1 hour.
Give the dough a good knead to remove the air and then roll in
to approximately 24 balls.
3. Place on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20
minutes until risen and cooked.
