Mini Mud Pies

16 Oreos
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1-pint ice cream
1 jar pouring fudge sauce or caramel sauce
1/2 Cup toasted almonds, chopped, extra crushed Oreo
cookies or mini candies
Raspberries for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 180° C/350°F.
2. Brush muffin pans with oil. Process Oreos until finely ground.
Stir in melted butter until well combined.
3. Press cookie mix into muffin cups, so it covers base and sides
evenly. Bake pie bases for 15 minutes.
4. Let cool. Scoop ice cream into cups and pour sauce over top
and sprinkle with desired toppings.
If serving later, place cups in freezer.
