Mousse au Chocolate

Time: 1 hour Servings: 4
4 egg yolks
¼ cup white sugar
1 cup heavy cream
¼ teaspoon salt
6 oz. dark chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1. Bring 1 cup of cream to the boiling point.
2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add the cream and
mix well then place back on heat and cook until thickened.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the salt and chocolate. Mix until smooth.
4. Allow to cool down then fold in the whipped cream.
5. Spoon the mousse into small glasses and serve it chilled.
