Oatmeal cookies with nuts

1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat the oven to 365° F.
2. Mix softened butter with sugar. Add eggs one by one, stirring
well after each addition. Pour the oatmeal and mix well. Add
finely chopped nuts to the butter mixture and mix well again.
3. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl and pour
the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
4. Spoon the dough onto the baking tray covered with cookie
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow the cookies
to cool down on the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer
to the wire rack to cool down completely.
6. Store in an airtight container.
