Parisian Onion Vegan Soup

One meal that every Parisian enjoys is the onion soup, as it is a go-to meal at homes and Cafes. So why not try this
easy soup and enjoy the tastiness and delicious aroma.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of coriander
1/2 tsp of salt
5 cups of vegan vegetable broth
2 big onions
2 diced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
4 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 cup of wheat flour
Directions
Sauté the onions in 2 tbsp of oil and then add the syrup, pepper, and salt while mixing for about 15 mins until the
onion takes a golden brown color.
Then add the mix of the coriander, garlic, and vegan vegetable broth into the mix, lower your heat, and boil for 25
mins.
While the mix is still cooking, heat the remaining oil in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Let this go on for 10
minutes until the color changes to dark brown.
When this is done, pour the flour mix into the onion mix and stir. Now you can see the soup form.
You can cut some pieces of bread and add them to the soup, then serve.
