Pecan Energy Balls

Time: 30 minutes Servings: 8
1 cup dates, pitted
2 tablespoons hot water
1 ½ cups pecans, ground
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1. Mix the dates and water in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well mixed.
3. Form small balls of mixture and serve them fresh.
