Raisin Bran Muffins

1 cup flour
1 cup wheat bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup white sugar
½ cup of oil
2 eggs
½ cup whole milk
½ cup golden raisins
1. Mix the flour, wheat bran, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and
raisins in a bowl.
2. Add the sugar, oil and eggs, as well as milk and mix with a spatula.
3. Spoon the batter in a muffin tin lined with muffin papers.
4. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until
well risen and golden brown.
5. Serve the muffins cooled.
