Raspberry Muffins

Time: 1 hour Servings: 10
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh raspberries
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar, salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spatula.
3. Spoon the batter in a muffin tin lined with muffin papers.
4. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until
the muffins pass the toothpick test.
5. Serve the muffins chilled.
