Rich Caper Couscous

This couscous recipe is one you would love to try again when you have your first bite, as it is quite delicious. The
meal is filled with the right ingredients to bring it to life and make it an adventurous meal for dinner.
Preparation time: 25 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 cups of water
1 and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 and 1/2 cups of couscous
1 thinly sliced onion
1/2 ground pepper
3 tbsp of capers
Directions
Add the salt, water and 1 tbsp of olive oil into a pan. Boil for about 4 minutes.
Add the couscous into the mix and allow to simmer for 2 minutes before turning off the heat. Leave it covered up
for 10 minutes.
Now sauté the onions until it’s brown.
Rinse the capers and sieve
Then add the remaining ingredients into the couscous while stirring continuously. Allow to cool before serving.
