Snowball Christmas Cookies

Butter – 250 g
Powdered sugar – 130 g
Flour – 100 g
Starch – 250 g
Ground almonds – 50 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
1. Beat softened butter, sift powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Sift
the flour and starch, mix, and add to the butter with almonds.
2. Knead the sand dough. From the dough, roll and cut into
circles. First give a little shape to each ball, and then press
slightly with a fork to make a pattern.
