Superseed Slice

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup/6oz Butter
• ¼ cup of Honey
• 1/3 cup of Dark Brown Sugar
• ½ cup of Pumpkin Seeds
• ½ cp of Sunflower Seeds
• 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
• 1 tbsp Oat brown
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas Mark 5 and line a 9”
square baking tin.
2. Melt the butter, syrup and sugar together.
3. Add all of the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Press into the baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until
crunchy and golden on top.
