Vegan Scrambled Egg

Since you wouldn’t be eating the regular scrambled egg, why not try a vegan-styled scrambled egg? This scrambled
egg is tailored to meet your dietary requirements.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves 2
1 large white onion
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of garlic
2 tsp of lemon juice
300g of dry tofu
1/2 tbsp of salt
Heat your oil in a saucepan for 3 minutes, and then add your onions.
Allow the onions to heat up, then add your garlic and pepper.
Then prepare the tofu by crumbling it until it looks like tiny chunks, then add your salt and lemon juice to the mix.
Add this mixture into your sautéed onion and pepper mix and stir together.
Fry for about 5 mins, and your vegan scrambled egg is ready.
