Walnut & chocolate brownies

Preparation time: 35 min Servings : 6
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate drops
1. Preheat the oven to 338° F. Grease and flour a square 20 x 20
cm baking dish.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar and stir
until completely blended. Let the mixture cool down for 5
minutes, then add the eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking
powder and salt.
3. Pour the butter into the baking dish, then sprinkle it with
chocolate drops. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 – 25
minutes. Do not overcook – the brownies should remain moist
in the center.
4. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool down
before cutting it into squares.
5. Decorate with melted chocolate or whipped cream before
