Wholesome Blueberry Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
¼ cup wheat bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 cup fresh blueberries
1. Mix the flours, bran, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the butter, eggs, milk and marmalade then fold in blueberries.
3. Spoon the batter in a muffin tin lined with muffin papers and bake in the
preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until well risen and golden brown.
4. Serve the muffins chilled.
